ROXFIT alternatives for HYROX

Updated · Rivo

The main ROXFIT alternatives are FORMD and Repz for a structured HYROX® training plan built around your weak stations, at $19.99 a month each; Rivo for a free predicted finish with a range and a plan at $14.99 a month; Runna for coached running and Centr for a fixed 12-week programme; and Hyro or RoxPacer for race-day tracking on the watch, where Hyro’s tracking is free and RoxPacer costs $6.99 once. ROXFIT itself is free, with Ultra at $15.99 a month, and its FAQ says structured multi-week training plans are not yet available (US App Store prices as of October 2026).

Rivo publishes this page and is one of the seven, listed with the other plan apps and held to the same sources: every fact about another app comes from its own App Store listing or website, read on 3 October 2026.

Why look for a ROXFIT alternative?

For a training plan, most of all. ROXFIT is built around race results, live tracking, pacing and community, and with 4,207 US App Store ratings it is the most-rated app built for HYROX that we found; but its FAQ says structured multi-week plans are not yet available, and its HYPE assistant writes one workout at a time. You may also want a plan aimed at your weakest stations, coaching for the runs, or a simpler race tracker on the watch.

Which ROXFIT alternative gives you a training plan?

FORMD, Repz and Rivo each write a plan around your weak stations, and they choose those stations three different ways. FORMD works them out from your inputs and shows where you lose minutes; Repz asks you to pick up to two, plus a running focus; Rivo takes the two costing you most from its prediction, in seconds, and builds each four-week block around them. Runna’s HYROX plan covers the running only, with strength workouts added on, and Centr’s HYROX Starter and Accelerator are fixed 12-week programmes chosen by experience.

Is there a free ROXFIT alternative?

Two have free cores. Hyro says its HYROX tracking and all its watch features are free, with Hyro PRO for long-term stats and custom workouts at $9.99 a month, $49.99 a year or $49.99 once; Rivo’s Number, a predicted finish with its range and the stations costing you time, is free with no account. Every plan on this list is paid after a free trial.

Which ROXFIT alternative works with Garmin?

Hyro and Runna. Hyro sends its HYROX workout to a Garmin watch through Garmin Connect, where you press LAP to move to the next split, and imports the finished activity back; Runna syncs its runs with Garmin. FORMD, Repz and Centr don’t list Garmin, and Rivo and RoxPacer are Apple Watch only. If Garmin is the reason you use ROXFIT, its own Connect IQ app is hard to replace.

Which ROXFIT alternatives work on Android?

FORMD, Repz, Runna and Centr are on Google Play. Hyro says an Android version is not available yet, and Rivo and RoxPacer are iPhone only.

What does ROXFIT still do best?

Free race data and race day. ROXFIT links your published results and compares every split with the race average, your age group, your wave, a saved race or any athlete; it follows athletes live, with alerts at the start and finish, at each station or on a rank change; it has a feed, follows and leaderboards; and its Connect IQ app runs PaceMe plans on Garmin. Its 4,207 US ratings are the most of any app built for HYROX that we found.

Who is each ROXFIT alternative for?

FORMD

For the ROXFIT user who wants the training written for them. FORMD turns your race date, fitness, training days and weak stations into one workout a day, periodised to peak on race day, and tracks a projected finish as you log sessions; its watch app runs those sessions on Apple Watch. It costs $19.99 a month, $49.99 a quarter or $139.99 a year after a 3-day trial and is on Android; Garmin isn’t listed. See ROXFIT vs FORMD.

Repz

For the athlete who already knows which stations hurt. You pick up to two, add a running focus if the runs are the problem, and Repz shifts volume toward them, with weights and paces set for Open, Pro or Doubles and swaps for any kit you lack; your next sessions recalibrate to what you actually logged. It is $19.99 a month or $119.99 a year after a 7-day trial, on iPhone and Android, with no Apple Watch app.

Rivo

For the lifter who can’t run and wants a number before a plan. Rivo’s free Number predicts a finish from a 5 km time and your two sled times, shows its range and a confidence label, and ranks the stations costing you time; the Plan, $14.99 a month or $79.99 a year after a 14-day trial, is built around the two costliest and puts 16 race-day targets on an Apple Watch. It has no Android app, no Garmin, no community and no ratings yet. See Rivo vs ROXFIT.

Runna

For the athlete whose race falls apart on the runs. Runna’s HYROX plan combines endurance work with 1 km repeats and, in Runna’s words, focuses on the running component only; you add Runna’s strength workouts yourself. It costs $19.99 a month or $119.99 a year after a 7-day trial and syncs with Apple Watch, Garmin and COROS.

Centr

For the athlete who wants a fixed programme from a big fitness brand. Centr’s HYROX Starter is for a first race and HYROX Accelerator for athletes with HYROX experience chasing a new personal best; both last 12 weeks, with five workouts a week and race simulations in weeks 6 and 10, and Centr recommends starting 12 weeks out. Monthly memberships on the US App Store run from $15.99 to $29.99 after a 7-day trial.

Hyro

For the athlete who mostly uses ROXFIT to track races on the watch. Hyro gives Apple Watch and Garmin a HYROX race mode with every run, station and roxzone split, then a review of where the time went and an export to Strava; its tracking and watch features are free, and Hyro PRO costs $9.99 a month, $49.99 a year or $49.99 once. It is iPhone only for now, with 92 US ratings at 4.8.

RoxPacer

For the athlete who wants pacing and nothing else. RoxPacer splits a goal time into 16 targets, built by its own count from 92,000+ race results, and runs them on Apple Watch with a live countdown and your running total ahead or behind; Race Mode is $6.99 once, with no subscription. It has no ratings yet and was last updated on 22 April 2026.

How was this checked?

  • Each app’s own words only: its App Store listing (description, in-app prices, compatibility, release notes), its website and its Google Play listing, read on 3 October 2026. Rivo’s facts come from its own feature list.
  • Prices are US App Store in-app prices in US dollars; ratings are US App Store counts on the same day. “The most-rated app built for HYROX” means among the apps built for HYROX in the US App Store’s top 50 results for “hyrox”; Runna and Centr, general fitness apps, have more ratings across their whole apps.
  • “Not listed” means the app’s listing and website don’t claim it for that app; it may still exist or arrive later.
  • Names: ROXFIT, FORMD, Repz, Runna, Centr, Hyro and RoxPacer are used only to identify their apps, which belong to their owners; Rivo is not affiliated with any of them.
