Delete your account

In the app: Settings → Delete account. It removes every row we hold for you (benchmarks, races, sessions, predictions, plans, pushes), every card image in storage and the sign-in identity, at once and for good. Nothing is kept for a grace period and nothing needs to be requested by email, though you may also email the address above and we will do it for you.

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple: on your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

What the app needs

• iPhone on iOS 17 or later. Apple Watch on watchOS 10 or later for the plan on the wrist and race day.
• A Garmin watch pairs through the Rivo Connect IQ app, in open testing.
• No account is required. Sign in with Apple is offered only to keep your number on a new device.
