By using Rivo you agree to these terms. They are short because the product is.
What Rivo is
An estimate of your race finish time, with its range and a confidence label, and a training plan built from it. The free number needs no account or payment. The Plan is a subscription: the weekly plan on your watch, the number that moves after each session, the race-day pacing plan and the dial.
What it is not
Not a promise. Every time shown is a prediction from public results and your own numbers, and it can be wrong. Not medical advice: you are responsible for deciding whether you are fit to train and to race, and for stopping when you are not. Not affiliated with or endorsed by HYROX or Upsolut Sports; HYROX® is named only to say what the app is for.
Subscription
The Plan is billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Two products: monthly and annual, each with a 14-day free trial once per Apple ID. The trial converts to a paid period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are decided by Apple: Refunds. Prices are shown in the App Store for your storefront.
Your data
What we collect and how to delete it is in Privacy. You own your data; you grant us only what is needed to run the service for you.
Fair use
One person per identity. Do not claim a public result that is not yours, and do not use the app to scrape, resell or republish results data.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. We may change or stop it; a paid period that is cut short is refunded through Apple. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid in the last twelve months. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
